What small change made the biggest difference to your YouTube channel?

Sometimes it is not a complete content overhaul that improves a youtube channel.

It can be something as simple as changing thumbnail style, improving the first 30 seconds, uploading more consistently, or writing better titles.

Looking back, what is one small change that had a much bigger impact on your YouTube growth than you expected?

I am curious to hear those small wins that people often overlook.
The smallest change with the biggest impact was completely eliminating intro fluff to hit a strong hook in the first 3 seconds, paired with a thumbnail and title that create a curiosity gap to skyrocket both retention and CTR.

For me, improving thumbnails and writing better titles helped a lot. I noticed even small changes can make big difference in clicks. Also uploading consistently help my channel grow slowly over time.

Creating more eye-catching and curiosity-driven thumbnails was the change that helped my channel grow faster.
