Have been a paying user for quite a while. Unfortunately the last few days on Twitter have been very unstable. We normally do around 100 follow and unfollows per day but in recent days the bot is landing on profiles and timing out. Or sometimes the bot says it's going to a profile to like/follow but then the embedded browser just refreshes the twitter feed until it times out and moves on to the next task. The like feature doesn't seem to want to work either.

Using EB V3 and have worked with support the last time it was breaking. I have SuSocial set to restart in off hours every day.

Any updates planned for Twitter?

Instagram does not have this problem. Is that a problem now?

Is it needed to switch Susocial to 64bit (in settings)?

Twitter should work fine, if you get an issue, get in touch with our customer support.

Just last week, we updated the browser to a newer version that should work a lot better, make sure you have set all your accounts to EB V3.

If you still have issue, please write to customer support and DM me your account email here to check on your ticket.

Hey 40% of my IG accounts show "Initializing" and get this error code. I can log them in manually on EB and they are in fact logged in, but the API login doesnt work. And therefore no follow/like actions can be made.
If I mark them as valid in the EB, they will immediatelly fall back to "Action required". I tried to reset device ID. Doesnt work.
Also forcing Susocial with "Always keep account valid" doesnt work, it shows valid, but it cant do actions because login required.

Is there a solution for this?

anyone else tried running bots on raspberry pi? i was thinking about doing tat to cut costs on vps.

Is Susocial again working for Instagram? And do you help setup so it works?

Always write to support for issues like this, we don't monitor this thread a lot as we monitor our ticketing system.

I have just been slow to update this thread, the software is getting updating all the time, you can check the updates from Dashboard == What's new from inside the software.

Our software will only work with Windows OS.

Yes, it's working, we don't offer any setup for users, they need to set it up themselves.
