Agree on consistency, but from what I've seen the fastest way off zero is Reels since that's the only format FB still pushes to people who don't follow you. Normal posts on a new page basically go nowhere until you have some audience. I'd post short video daily for the first month, see what gets shared, then double down on that angle instead of spreading across formats.
The initial month would be more of a test period rather than just a posting period. experiment with varied hooks and angles to approach content in the same niche and focus on what content really gets shares and comments, not just views, bcz it helps establish a clear direction for a new page very quickly.

You can go with reels since it is a very cost effective method in order to gain reach. Alternatively you can also use ads, but these are not free.
