Yeah there is more competition and people have become accustomed to not interact at all unless you have premium quality content. So yes it is harder to get people join the conversation.
does anyone else feel like it is getting harder to build a real community on facebook ?

opics that call for action or offer a counter-perspective tend to attract attention and generate more engagement; try asking a question or raising a topic that invites interaction and gives people space to share their own views.

maybe just try to post the content that in the conversation based form to recruit them discuss on the comment, or maybe create a group to recruit the right audiences to that group is okey too

Indeed, many Facebook Page and Group administrators have shared this sentiment in recent years. However, the reason isn't necessarily that Facebook "no longer supports communities," but rather that the way the platform prioritizes content distribution has changed.

Likes come easy but getting people to actually comment and chat is way harder these days.
What worked for me is making posts more like real questions. Instead of just dropping content, I started writing stuff like “Has anyone else dealt with this? What do you think?” or sharing a quick personal story and asking for their experiences.
People open up more when it feels like a conversation, not an ad. Also short videos and polls help a lot without begging for comments.
If you want faster help, check out Fourerr. Everything starts from like $4 there, way cheaper than Fiverr, etc.. and there are guys who do Facebook engagement and content.
Might be worth a look if you don’t wanna figure it all out yourself.
