Meta AI bans

What you've mentioned here in this comment, shows no sign for which meta might be banning your accounts. I personally also keep over a half a dozen accounts on my personal phone at once, and even follow/unfollow over a 300 accounts in 1 go when needed. With 0 repurcussions from the meta side. 25 accounts unfollow action is nothing. You're missing something. Maybe some of your account got hacked and was used for spamming somewhere behind the scenes without your knowledge? Or maybe you logged in those accounts in some spammy software or something?
Because meta themselves officially allow 10 accounts in their official app. And I personally have dozens of accounts that I know are linked, in 1 way or the other (I've managed them from my personal phone/IG app.) Only thing being, I was not doing/don't do anything spammy. And my accounts stay just fine.
From my experience, the reason for your bans is something entirely different, which you've missed. Try to look at what else might have happened/that you might have done with these accounts? (Maybe had some fight with someone, and they might have mass reported your accounts, just out of anger or venting or something like that?)

no i dont use any software, it was triggered after i unfollowed 25 people, just in a second after that
many people say that its faulty AI integrated by Meta

In that case, the most likely case must be that, these accounts might be already having a very low trust score, like new accounts or something? (No warm up done?). In those cases, I've seen even doing a 3 accounts follow action triggers a ban. That happened when I had purchased some accounts from some new seller. (Account's trust score already on borderline, and doing even some small action without proper warm up just pushes it off the cliff.)

i ve used my own accounts (2-4 year old ones), some 10k+ real followers
 
You need to understand this, If you're using multiple accounts with the same information, logging them in on the same device, or running from the same IP address, the platform is very likely to link those accounts together or flag them as suspicious.
Once you get that, you'll realize what the real problem is! dont run more than two accounts on the same device. Every account should have its own identity, its own setup, and a different IP address. That's the foundation.
But that's not all! The way you use the accounts matters just as much. They need to look and behave like real people. Don't treat them like bots that only spam likes, leave random comments, or watching Reels auto
SIM not really important, just use different emails for each account. Only need a dedicated SIM if you want security or it's a high-value account

I lost many accounts on Instagram, it's important not to get too attached anymore. Meta is way stricter these days.

I would keep each account separate with its own email and only link accounts if there is a real reason to do so. I also try to avoid making too many changes in a short time because that seems to trigger reviews more often. Building slowly has worked better for me than trying to grow everything at once.

Ypu need to make sure that the accounts you create are on different IP's. In case the accounts share the same IP address, there is a higher chance for them to get flagged. Make sure to have them on different addresses.

One lesson here is not to keep all your eggs in one basket. Even if you're following the rules, having multiple important pages tied too closely together can create a single point of failure. Keeping them organized and independent where possible makes sense.

Losing that many accounts usually means there's a pattern Meta is picking up, not just bad luck. If I were starting over, I'd keep each account as independent as possible with its own email and avoid linking everything together unless it's really necessary. More importantly, I'd focus on building fewer accounts properly instead of managing a large batch from day one.

"Sorry to hear about your loss, but what you experienced is a classic footprint issue. Connecting everything through the same Accounts Center on a single device is exactly how Meta triggers a chain ban.
To answer your questions:
1.Yes, definitely avoid Accounts Center. Never link multiple growth accounts together.

2.Separate data is a must. Using a unique email and a separate SIM/mobile data for each account is a great low-cost strategy.

3.Device Isolation: If you are using the same phone, make sure to use an app cloner or dual-space feature to keep the app caches separate, and switch mobile data (airplane mode toggle to rotate IP) before switching accounts.

keep each account compliant with Metas policies use accurate account information and avoid linking accounts unless theres a legitimate Diversifying your presence across platforms and enabling security features can also help reduce the impact if an account is ever restricted.

You need to warm up your accounts by watching Reels and by browsing and interacting just like a normal person. Furthermore, keeping all your accounts in the same Accounts Center—linked to the same email or phone number—makes them an easy target; each account requires its own proxy, email, phone number, and browser fingerprint. Otherwise, you will face the same issue repeatedly, trapped in a cycle of losing accounts.

accouts were aged, it's my real accounts, not some accs bought for black methods or spam :(

You need a different emails and SIM cards for your accounts. Other than these don't use automation as it can easily get your accounts banned fast.

10 accounts... Meta's AI really wasn't in a forgiving mood.
Out of curiosity, were those accounts all doing the same type of activity, or were they for completely different purposes? That might help narrow down what triggered the wave of bans.
 
Create and nurture each account a few days apart, focusing on natural interactions like a real user in the first week instead of posting or following aggressively, which can make the AI suspicious. Follow trending celebrity accounts to add authenticity.
