Did I Ruin My Youtube Channel?

I think your channel is no longer being recommended. If I were you, I'd start a new channel instead of continuing to focus on the current one, as you could end up spending a lot of time with very little to show for it.

I have a semi aged account that was warmed up and ready to go, i had been uploading around 10 shorts total over the past month and gained ~3-5k views average on them. About a week ago i uploaded my first long form video and purchased some views from a seller here.
I assume the viewers were trash as they started spam commenting random languages in my comments.
Anyways, past 2 days i tried to upload shorts and they are not gaining any traction at all im talking stuck @ 1 view. Has youtube shadowbanned my account due to the low quality views i had sent to the video?

Should i just go ahead and restart on a new account?
In my opinion, two days would be too soon to relaunch the channel. one of the fst things that I would verify would be the number of impressions that your new shorts videos receivess . If your impressions have reduced to practically nothing, then the issue would also be known.

I think you should check youtube studio for any warnings or restrictions first. If there are none, then continue using the same account.

Shorts can sometimes suddenly get very low reach. I would wait a few more days and test some new videos before starting over.

The paid views may have affected the video's performance, but that doesn't mean your whole channel is banned.

From what I can remember YouTube will lift these sorts of bans after a while, but yeah you don't want to compromise the integrity of your channel with spam comments unfortunately.

I assume a competitor could also "do that" to your page, so YouTube should clear it out, but this is just me extrapolating
