Greetings, colleagues!

We hope this case helps protect you from banal but dangerous traps and reduces the number of people falling for schemes like this. Especially newcomers to the field.

The scheme itself may not be new, but it's been put on a conveyor belt and shows up constantly across arbitrage communities, targeting newbies in particular!

Scammers are actively offering to rent or sell accounts with a credit line in DMs at 30%–55% of the actual balance. For example, for an account with a $1000 line, they'll ask for only $500–$550. To sound convincing, they might send you the owner company's name, spend history, and other "proof."

The way the communication itself unfolds is telling: when asked directly about reputation and the forum's guarantee service, the seller dodges the question — instead proposing a third-party "escrow" on Telegram rather than the forum. After being turned down ("forum only, there's no accountability or reputation in a Telegram escrow"), the seller unexpectedly agrees to work without any guarantee at all: they'll connect the credit first, payment comes after. This alone is the main red flag you should catch before sending any money — no legitimate seller gives up deal protection that easily.

After payment, you might genuinely get connected to the line — the campaign launches. But almost immediately after, the account gets banned or swapped for a dead one, with a ban like Suspicious Payments or Circumventing Systems / Unacceptable Business Practices.

The scammers, of course, insist it's just a random error and that they're ready to provide a replacement. Here's the catch: right now, apparently, only accounts with a much bigger credit line are available (the minimum is no longer $500 but $1000), and they claim they can't offer an equivalent for the lower price. They ask you to pay extra. Since the first account genuinely was "issued" to you for a while (and even had real spend on it), you agree.

When the buyer refuses to pay extra and demands a full refund instead — a new excuse comes up: "minimum withdrawal is $500 per client," so apparently they can't return less than that. Attempts to pressure them with reputation or mentioning well-known platforms don't faze them at all — the response to the threat of exposure isn't an apology or a refund, but outright rudeness. No fear of losing face in front of the community — because there's no face to lose on any forum in the first place.

The amounts can vary — whether it's $500 or $10,000 — but the essence stays the same: the scheme runs on the same script no matter the size of the deal
In the end, nothing gets connected, and you simply get scammed twice on the money.

We really hope you stay level-headed when negotiating deals.

We strongly recommend always using the forum's guarantee service or requiring verification right here — and treating any seller who tries to avoid it under any pretext with maximum suspicion!
