So I was laid off from my job while in Pattaya and backup calvary did not come, so back to mom's. I deal with anxiety from stuff in the States. I stayed outside America for 7 months and got to know many countries disclosing Thailand, Bali, and Hong Kong.

Long story short, as soon as I was laid off, my gut said I am done. I had pretty much had the same wage for 7 years despite applying to over 2000 jobs while I had a job. It is funny how my brain started generating ideas as soon as I let go of the 9 to 5. And frankly my brain knew that at 19 but ignored it and also knew I needed to leave the states even back then.

I do have health problems and I am working on residency and dual citizenship. I also enjoy Thailand and chasing the chicky pool around so that is more than enough, along with an eventually drv visa, to work on this and recover from autistic burnout.

So what's the plan? Two niches finance channels, one high net worth monetized by spreadsheets, newsletters, and guides to specialized finance, and the other which I am working on still in terms of plans will be affiliate backed and specialize in certain type of niche personal finance. I had used zeleven labs to make two episodes but ran out of credits and waiting for unemployment to come through.

The other two are related to geopolitical diversification as not to be so teliant on the US. These will have free news letters and will mostly be affilaite based income until I complete my journey to complete an ultimate guide and free email list.

The goal is to quit the 9 to 5, make 3k a month, go chase girls in Thailand and explore Asia more including China, Bali, and Hong Kong and exotic locations for my guides

I am flying from Hong Kong and will reply once I am in Manila. Look forward to this journey and kicking my depression and bad luck in the ass.

Wishing you the best. One of the easiest ways to make money today is through social media. If you're not shy about being on camera, just start recording and posting consistently on Instagram and TikTok.

My friends and I started a media page in 6 six months. We only have around 3000 followers, which doesn't sound like a lot, but it's already brought us a ton of visibility and networking opportunities. We've had bigger creators reach out to us through DMs about collaborations and partnerships, and it's opened doors we didn't expect.

If you're already planning to build finance and travel content, I'd definitely lean into short-form video. Just start posting consistently you'll learn and improve as you go.

Well it is more akin to Nomad Capitalist Type stuff with three of the four. I am probably going to be headless and use AI for all but one of the channels. One of the channels is more specialized, say talking about self directed IRAs or disability saving accounts or other niche things thst don't get touched on as much. I also worked in brokerage for 7 years and so I think that helps with two of the four niches. But I am aiming for maybe 7000 to 10000 views and monetize with my own news letters (Free and paid), and specialized guides around that. Little more specialized than Nomad Capitalist but think I could easily get a few thousand views a video and makes good margins on products or affiliates. I plan to work on the two diversify away from the US as I plan to use my own voice but right now I feel a bit rough honestly otherwise I would show myself. The numbers seem thete and combined with paid and free newsletters are what will super charge it. I would not be against expanding beyond YouTube for some of the channel but for some it may skew more institutional or older. Thank you.

Also I have thought about collaborstions with people like Doug Casey or Sovereign Man like creators. But I think there is possibility to add affiliate links in the free news letters without cannibalizing my own stuff as well. Also there is a possibility with one channel to have cross over appeal.

Building recurring income takes time, but your plan has potential if you stay focused. I’d prioritize growing the email list early since it’s an asset you fully control. Everything else becomes easier once you own the audience.

The email list is what I am thinking is key to this. Thr youtube is great but owning the list is what is important. Also creating my own products as well.

I am unemployed and due to to burnout from some mental health issues I think I will need ro be self employed. Add in thr pull of paradise after being there and going to school and I think I know what zi need to do. I just hope this works out this time and I can create an authority in this niche.

Update: planned to stay with relative but that was cut short due to an argument so going to wait and get my passport and other stuff together. Got 4 episodes recorded for the one show, signed up for the affilaites, need to finished up sign-up for beehiv and for yoyrube so I can have multi channel. Making progress but slower than I want. Going to try AI to see what I can modify. Thankfully have a friend in town and thrn heading g back home to my home state to stay with another friend.

Wish me luck. Been feeling a bit like shit but saw other family at least.
