Have raised multiple tickets and not a single answer from you or your team. At least, if you're asked a question or raise an issue about a service on ur panel, you can either fix it or reply to ticket. But y'all choose to ignore it. Before I fund it, there's a reason why, not because I want to try every service there, I have a service I tried and none is working. Instead of solution, you keep ignoring the ticket.
