It's great to see that bitacc is actively addressing disputes and providing refunds through the Dispute Resolution process. I'd like to know more about the replacement accounts that WorthRiches mentioned - are these accounts of similar quality and quantity to the originals that were purchased? Additionally, I'm curious about the Telegram accounts that were inquired about earlier - are these something that bitacc plans to add to their shop in the future?

They listed a large number of unusable accounts and products that were out of stock but marked as in stock to trick you into depositing money. Even with a refund, it could only be refunded to the platform's wallet, not my encrypted wallet. Isn't this a scam?

I am beyond frustrated. Since a refund to my crypto wallet is not an option, I was forced to settle for my secondary product choices just to use up my balance. To my absolute disbelief, three consecutive orders were blatant "bait and switch" scams, forcing me to process three consecutive returns.

Yesterday, I placed my fourth order for a one-month VPN subscription. Upon logging in, I discovered the account only has 14 days of validity remaining. I never imagined that $5 could be so "long-lasting"—it has been nearly a month, and I am still unable to successfully spend this balance. This entire experience is utterly professional and ridiculous.

In a support ticket dated March 24, 2026, at 22:37, I was explicitly told that "no Surfshark accounts are available at the moment." Yet, as of March 26, 2026, at 5:54 AM, the product remains listed and is still showing as "In Stock."

This is a textbook case of deceptive trade practices. The platform intentionally uses phantom inventory to lure customers into placing orders, only to "refund" the money back into the internal store balance under the pretext of being out of stock. Ironically, since this platform offers almost zero reliable products, the refunded balance is effectively trapped and unspendable. This cycle of using fake listings to seize and hold customer funds is both predatory and fraudulent.

They claim to sell @gmail.com but the moment you pay, they send you random emails.
