Yes, it is normal. GSC usually does not show changes immediately. So, I wait for few days before checking the results.
Indeed, GSC has displayed latency before in caseswhere there are new site or pageswhich lack suficient data. It is my habit to evaluate trend over an extended period because initial statistic might be deceptive.

GSC lag is normal. I’d only use URL inspection to confirm Google saw the change, then compare 7 to 14 day trends. Daily clicks bounce around too much.

We've been seeing this too and Reddit and the Google support forums are also experiencing this.
Google seems to be classifying this as a normal lag and hasn't call this anything official. Their official support forums asks to wait for up to 6 days.
Even though the index and serp are doing marvelously.

A few days of lag in Search Console is normal, especially after page changes. I'd focus on the broader trend rather than checking daily, since impressions can shift before reporting fully catches up. In the meantime, Analytics and server logs can help confirm whether activity is actually changing.

That's normal. GSC isn't a real-time analytics tool, and performance data usually has a delay of a couple of days. Even after making changes, it can take time for Google to re crawl, reprocess, and reflect the impact, so I wouldn't judge results based on just a few days
