I have a semi aged account that was warmed up and ready to go, i had been uploading around 10 shorts total over the past month and gained ~3-5k views average on them. About a week ago i uploaded my first long form video and purchased some views from a seller here.
I assume the viewers were trash as they started spam commenting random languages in my comments.
Anyways, past 2 days i tried to upload shorts and they are not gaining any traction at all im talking stuck @ 1 view. Has youtube shadowbanned my account due to the low quality views i had sent to the video?

Should i just go ahead and restart on a new account?

what type of content? are you interacting with your audience? you purchased views not subscribers, maybe thats the problem

stop buying views, just use real iphones for your shorts and ignore the spam comments

Wait for a few more days before starting over, one bad campaign doesn't always ruin a channel. Sometimes YouTube just takes a while to push new uploads again.

I would not reboot just yet. A couple of low view upploads does not necessarily mean a shadowban. I would not pay for any more views keep posting normally for a while nd see if the channel recovers then make a new account.

I would advise u not to create an account at the moment. Consiidering that the previous Shorts used to work fine I suggest giving some time to the channel to settle down. It is not necessary that a decline in perfformance is a result of any problem.

Don t give me up many channels recover after making the few adjustment .

Yes I believe you've been shadow banned. Let the account rest for 2-3 weeks and reupload. If that doesn't work then yes you'll need a new channel.

First, before making the attempt to fix this problem, you need to compare the analytics of your previous Shorts and new ones after buying paid views. It may be a case that something is wrong with impressions, retention or viewer satisfaction metrics. In some cases, all the algorithm needs is new statistics, and not an abandoned account.

Don't buy fake views, use own content work on YouTube video seo optimize your chanel

However I believe that I should not go for reactivation of my channel yet. there is no way for me to know whether something is wrong based on the failur in only two days following the incrase in trafic.

It's highly likely that YouTube's algorithm has detected fake views from the service you purchased. This will cause your channel to receive a lower credibility rating, resulting in new videos being removed from the Suggested or Shorts Feed tabs.

In my experience, YouTube checks each short video with a preliminary audience count. If that audience doesn't interact with the video, the distribution will gradually decrease. If this situation repeats frequently, the channel might not get many views at all, maybe just a few if they're lucky

However i would refraiin from creating another channel for now. Just bcz the video performed poorly once it does not mean that the account has run its course. Rather, i would stop spending on paid promotion post a couple more Shorts nd observe their performance over the next few weeks.

Do not create a new channel immediately and stop buying views. Try to upload more shorts to see if they recover. Sometimes, few videos perform poorly but that does not mean the channel is permanently affected.

YouTube doesn't ban channels for buying views—otherwise, anyone could easily sabotage their competitors. A failed campaign won't tank your channel. Just wait a few days, then keep uploading consistently to let the algorithm recalibrate and push your new content.

I guess it is still too soon to believe that it is done for good. I would like to have some more videos uploaded before doing anythiing drastic. There could be some adjustment time required by you tube nd a temporary decrease in reach might not necessarily signify an irreversibble effect on the account.

YouTube’s algorithm flagged your account for invalid traffic because buying bot views destroyed your trust score and ruined your audience profile, abandon this account and start fresh because it's unrecoverable.
