I have similar 10 Github Pages websites, they are ranked on search google pretty ok, but still no much traffic.
Need help how to get more traffic especially from PC. Do I need to buy addvert for my websites? If yes, how? I can't buy directly.

before buying trafic, check gogle Search Console for keyword with high impresions but low CTR small title and meta tweak can bring more click without spending on ads.

If these site are ranked it will be better to see if they have been ranked using the appropriate keyword that generate trafic instead of the keyword that do not generate trafic but are still ranked.

If your websites are already ranking, that is a good foundation. I would focus on publishing more high quality content and targeting additional keywords. Building relevant backlinks can also help improve your visibility. Try to increase your click-through rate with better titles and meta descriptions. I would only consider paid ads after maximizing your organic traffic potential.

What about advertisement, which type can you recommend? As I already done the most with content and keywords

GitHub Pages Google Search Ads is most straightforward, you can use github.io URL directly as destination without needing custom domain. Target your exact ranking keywords since those visitor already have clear intent. If budget is tight Reddit Ads work well for tech or developer content at much lower cost per click, target specific subreddits where your audience already active rather than broad interest categories.

If they're already ranking, I wouldn't buy ads immediately. First, improve your CTR with better titles and meta descriptions, target more long-tail keywords, strengthen internal linking, and earn a few relevant backlinks. If you do use ads, start with a small campaign on platforms like Google Ads only after confirming the traffic can convert.

If you've already covered the SEO basics, I'd test paid advertising with a small budget first rather than spending a lot upfront. Google Ads is a solid option if you are targeting search traffic, while social media ads can work well depending on your audience. Track the results closely and only increase your budget if the campaigns are delivering worthwhile traffic and conversions.

I mostly interested in ads in Russia, so probably the best choice would be Yandex. But I have issue, I can't buy directly anything with my credit card or register on my real name. Are there any places where I can buy with crypto?

Why specifically PC traffic? What does mobile/tablet traffic not give you?
On my github pages I offer wrapped pages of YouTube Twitter TikTok etc. with addbloker, that look like a desktop program. So I only interested to serve them to PC users, as only them can download and install the .exe file from my page

Ranking is just one eleent of the equation. Prior to purchasing trafic, first make sure that your impresions are relevant to desktop users through keyword, then begin monitoring your conversion from your existing trafic, since high trafic volume won’t solve the isue.

If your sites already rank, don’t rush into buying ads too fast. Look, start putting out more keyword oriented content, then tune up your title tags so the CTR goes up. On top of that, build quality backlinks, you know, that helps more than people expect. Paid ads are only worth the expense if your site is already converting visitors well, otherwise it just looks like activity but not much result.

But asuming that they have ranked wel, my priority will be to ensure that the keyword used match the search intent of computer users. what use is it to rank for keyword when the trafic cannot be cnverted?

However, the real worth of ranking become apparent once the traffic become relevant to the website. the first thing I do is analyze desktop search trends, CTR, and user intent from google Search console. typicaly, it is not the isue of low trafic, but the targeting of this trafic.

10 similar sites can hurt each other. If they are similar in content or niche, Google may see this as near duplicate content

You should develop a marketing strategy depending on whether you treat them as websites, landing pages, or parasites. If you treat them as websites, then it's better to focus on SEO. If you treat them as landing pages, then you can promote them with ads. If you treat them as parasites, then you should apply black hat tactics to rank them.

IMo whatever OP is trying to do...sounds more illegal than Blackhat and shouldn't be advised. Or i might be wrong

depending on whether you treat them as websites, landing pages, or parasites
What you can say about one of the pages?
desktopapplicationsprovider.github.io/google-translate-desktop/
Is this a parasite?

Paid advertising can work; however, the problem might be CTR, keywords, or search intent. Simply ranking on page 1 does not mean that you will get traffic if the number of visitors is not significant or the snippets are not compelling
In the case of GitHub Pages, the most important steps are to increase content value, create links between the pages, obtain several good backlinks, and advertise where your target audience lives.
