I chose a niche by combining my interest with basic keyword research. Start with something you enjoy, then validate demand and competition. Do not overthink, take action and refine later.
 
Pick a niche you can write about easily for a long time, check if people are searching for it, and avoid topics that are too broad or too competitive as a beginner.
 
Forget passion as a buzzword—think sustainable interest.
Ask yourself:
What do I already know or enjoy learning about?
What problems have I solved in my own life?
What could I write 30–50 posts about?
Good starting areas:
Fitness, money, tech, education, travel, food, etc.
 
Choosing a niche is easier when you balance interest with demand going only by passion can fail if there is no audience and only data can get boring fast i suggest picking a niche you enjoy but also checking keywords competition and monetization potential this way you stay consistent and still have growth opportunities

Generally, what I try to achieve is a combination of interest and demand. While the niche itself might prove very profitable and have the best keywords in it, if you personally don not find it interesting, sooner or later you are bound to give it up. Pick your niche first, and then verify it through research.
 
I tripped up in the beginning by picking a niche that was too close to my heart but had barely any audience looking for it, so my posts got crickets. Now, before I pick a lane, I poke around with Google Trends or even Reddit to see if people are actually chatting about that stuff. Sometimes just tweaking your idea ever so slightly can turn up way more interested readers.

In my opinion you have to work on micro niche of your interest like pet is your basic niche so you have to go to micro niche like E-Tags for pets etc. I hope it will help you out.
 
I think the best approach is always to choose a topic that you have a genuine interest in and also one that you can bring a unique viewpoint to so that your blog stands out amongst the noise.
 
Pick a niche where you have some knowledge real search demand & low enough competition so you can rank early
