Hello Guys, I want to know one important thing about Facebook Ads. I run an ads about 7 days ago and the ads is still in the learning phase. How long does Facebook actually take to publish it? I am seeking the attention of experts.

There is no fixed duration for the "learning phase"; it depends on the specific ad and Facebook's stability at the time. However, seven days is too long. You need to review the relevant factors to determine an optimization strategy.
 
Seven days have passed, that's too long! Please check the campaign settings to see if there are any issues. If necessary, set up a new campaign.

if you want to get out of this "learning" phase quickly, you only have two options: first, bump up the daily budget to drive more conversions, or second, switch the optimization event to a upper funnel step (for example, instead of optimizing for "purchase," switch to "add to cart") to feed the pixel enough data for machine learning
 
There is no fixed timeframe. Ads will exit the Learning phase once Facebook has collected enough data to optimize them. If an ad is still in the Learning phase after a certain period, it's usually because there isn't enough data or the conversion rate isn't high enough for the system to learn effectively.

This is the machine learning phase of Facebook, my friend. It needs time to collect customer behavior data, so a 7-day period is acceptable. Usually, it doesn't take that long; it's usually done within about 24 hours after the ad starts running.

Facebook needs a minimum of 50 results; if you have a small budget, the machine learning process may take a very long time before Facebook collects enough results.
 
Learning can take longer if you're not getting enough conversions, mine usually exits once it starts getting consistent data.
