Facebook ads are costing more but reaching fewer people

I have noticed similar results lately Sometimes increasing the budget alone does not improve reach Refreshing creatives testing different audiences and giving campaigns enough time to stabilize has worked better for me than simply spending more money

Low reach and ineffectiveness are due to your content not being good enough to retain viewers, so it's difficult to assess whether it's expensive and has low visibility.

Hi, same issue here — CPMs are definitely up in 2026 and reach feels inconsistent even with higher budgets. What’s helped me is refreshing creatives often with strong hooks, testing broad + Lookalike audiences, and shifting some budget to email nurturing for better ROI at lower cost. Anyone else combining Meta with email successfully?

thought it was just me, cpms skyrocketed since last week for no reason. paused a few campaigns today because scaling the budget just killed the frequency and performance. definitely an algo fluctuation.

Hi everyone,
I have noticed something over the past few weeks. Even after increasing my budget still the reach is not improving as much as i expected. CPM seem higher while impressions and overall performance feel less consistent than before. Is anyone else seeing the same trend?
Have you found anything that was helping improve reach without simply spending more?
This I have observed, is also true. Spending more on advertising does not always resolve the problems of reach. In fact the challenges could be those of creative fatigue, dupliication in the target audience, or stiff competition. Trying out other methods of targeting may yield better results.
