Someone is impersonating me on telegram and I don't know what to do about it?

There is someone who is impersonating me and many of my BHW clients have been scammed by him and they come and write bad comments on my sales thread.
What can I do about this?

Telegram won't take any action, just post on your BST everyday that someone is impersonating you, expose him, mention the right and the wrong username and tell your clients to be careful
 
In your sales thread - post a warning at the top of the thread saying that username is not affiliated with you.
 
Well if you have a sale thread just post a telegram link instead and put a warning to let them know someone use a close name with you and try to impersonate you . If the buyers follow the link they will never get to the scammer

Edit your sales thread or contact a BH mod to add the message.

You can also just post in your sales thread saying that XYZ user does not represent you as a warning to buyers. If anyone comes into your thread to complain about being ripped off from that telegram user, you can then reference that post.

There's a big problem with ppl faking BH salesthreads on telegram.
 
The same thing happened to my friend. Someone was scamming his client using his username. He asked me for help, and I tried reporting the account, but it didn't work.
 
Buy account banning service. Will cost you few hundred though
 
Why not edit your sales copy and remove telegram as contact channel entirely with a disclaimer that says, I don't deal through telegram.
 
You need to post a clarification firstly, stating which account it is and who is impersonating you, or warning your customers that someone is trying to impersonate you so that everyone can condemn that person.
 
You should report the fake account to telegram and pin a warning on your BHW thread with your only official telegram username. You should also consider getting telegram premium. I think generally scammers do not use premium accounts, so it makes it easier for clients to identify your genuine account before sending any payment.
 
Please report the impersonator to the Telegram team and they will block the account.
 
I think it is very necessary to put a prominent notice at the top of your post.
