Crosspost across multiple platforms outside popular social media

I start recently creating my content to post on multiple platforms like (youtube, blogs, instagram, tiktok) I'm trying to determine what is acceptable in terms of reusing content to cross-post. I personally collected in the last 4 years a list of websites composed by 400 websites like: forums, community sites, descentralized platforms like mastodon, press releases, wiki sites, Infographics sharing platforms, popular social media, and other less known social networks, etc.

I'm wondering if I apply mass cross-posting across all my 400 websites sharing the same content I created , in all platforms at once, it would be a good idea in order to increase significantly the traffic volume to my main post? Or there is a risk of my posts become flagged as Spam for repeated content?

What are you guys suggestions?.

seems a good solution spin content. my objective it's just get a lot of visitors in my blogs and few thousands of views on my youtube videos.
if I just rely on video seo optimization factors like good title or good thumbnail it's not enough to increase significantly the views on my channel. also because I have only 300 subscribers and average views are very low and its not enough to generate sales from products I'm selling on videos. I'm tired of getting low traffic honestly and paid ads sucks..
