Does adsterra still have malware ads? If so, what are high CPM alternatives for porn website?

Hey, I have a porn website. I've been trying AADS and JuicyAds and their banner/native ad revenue is extremely low. I've read that adsterra gives higher CPM, but so many people caution that they have malware ads. Is this still the case?
If they still have malware, what are high CPM alternatives?
JuicyAds goes with CPC and AADS count unique IP users, which barely gives anything.

Yeah bro, Adsterra can pay better but some of their ads are still sketchier than a public Wi-Fi login page. Good CPM, sure, but your users might leave with more than just... satisfaction. If you want less malware drama, try TrafficStars or ExoClick. They’re not saints but they don’t throw popups like it's 2008. Clickadu and EroAdvertising are worth testing too. It's adult traffic, you're always making deals with the dark side, just find the one that pays best without burning your users.
 
Adsterra had malware issues before, but they’ve improved. Try ExoClick or TrafficJunky, they pay better and have better quality.
 
Hard to find 'high CPM' and 'clean' in the same sentence with some of these networks lol. But AdMaven is probably the closest you’ll get for adult traffic. I switched from Adsterra because I was tired of the sketchy redirects. AdMaven’s rates are solid and they actually pay on time. Worth a test run.
 
Is not like before adstera now have better offers and generaly not malware but yeah before was full of malware and suspicious offers

Yes, unfortunately, it's common for Adsterra to include redirects and malware in its ads. As an alternative, I'd recommend trying HillTopAds. Their ads are clean, they seem to offer good CPM rates, and they accept almost any type of web traffic, including adult websites
 
adsterra still runs sketchy redirects, especially on mobile. you can ask your account manager to disable them but then your cpm drops to basically nothing anyway. if you are only running banners and native on adult you are going to get terrible rates almost everywhere. banners just don't pay unless you have massive tier 1 traffic. if you want to make actual money you need to run popunder or pre-rolls. trafficstars is decent for banners if you have the patience to blacklist the cheap zones, otherwise maybe try exoclick but their platform is a pain to get used to.
 
Yeah @Rankings Daily is right about banners. if you only run standard banners on adult sites you are going to make pennies unless you have millions of hits from US or UK. adsterra still has the redirect issue... even if you ask support to block them, some always slip through on mobile and it kills your organic traffic. if you want clean and decent CPM you should check out plugrush or exoclick but you have to play around with their targeting. honestly though, if you dont want pops, maybe try adding a pre-roll video ad if you actually host videos. pays way better than standard display.

Adsterra still gives me random mobile crap once in a while, mostly on cheap geos. Not as bad as years ago but I wouldnt put it on a site I care about without checking it daily.

For adult display you’re probably better splitting by geo/device instead of looking for one magic network. ExoClick/TwinRed for cleaner inventory, Clickadilla or Clickadu as fill, and direct cam/dating CPA offers for tier1. Sometimes one decent cam offer in a fake “featured profile” spot beats 5 banner networks combined lol.

Also test with a burner subdomain first. If your bounce rate jumps or search traffic starts acting weird, pull it fast. High CPM is useless if the network burns the site.
 
I’d be careful judging by CPM alone. Seen a few adult sites make more for 2 weeks with Adsterra then lose half their returning traffic because mobile users kept getting pushed to junk pages. If you test them, run it on mobile only/geo split with a cap and watch GA/search console like a hawk.

For cleaner money I’d try ExoClick, TwinRed, TrafficStars and maybe Clickadilla as backfill. But yeah like @Rankings Daily said, banners/native on adult is usually trash unless tier1 volume is huge. Pre-roll or a decent cam/dating CPA placement will usually beat the networks, even if the CPM number looks lower on paper.
 
Adsterra is cleaner than it used to be, but the “high CPM” is usually coming from pushy stuff, redirects, fake updates, sweepstakes etc. If you tell them to keep it clean, the rate drops and then it’s not much different from the others.

For adult I’d split it up instead of one network. TrafficJunky if your traffic matches their buyers, ExoClick/TwinRed for cleaner display, Clickadu/Clickadilla as filler, and test CrakRevenue or some cam/dating CPA in your best spots. Had a tube style site last year where the banners looked like garbage revenue, but one geo-targeted cam widget above related videos beat all the banner ads combined. Not sexy setup wise but it worked.

Also don’t test Adsterra on the whole site first @itsnottme. Put it on a low value geo or mobile segment for few days and watch redirects yourself with a real phone, not just desktop preview.
 
banners on adult sites are pretty much dead space unless you have crazy high traffic from the US or Europe. adsterra still has those nasty mobile redirects... they claim they filtered them out but they always find a way back in and then google tanks your mobile rankings. if you want to stay clean exoclick or trafficstars are your best bet but the cpm is going to be low for standard banners. you're better off running a clean network for most of the site and then putting a high-paying cam smartlink or cpa offer in your best spot disguised as a related video. pays way better than any banner network ever will.
 
In 2026, it will definitely contain suspicious code, including: 1. Their ads are actually Trojans, luring users to install their ads or Trojan software under the guise of browser threats or CF CACTICA. 2. Any form of ad code will cause a website redirect to ad page without andy click. And they claim their ads won't do this. I used their products a few years ago, and it was fine then; the ad prices and content were normal, but things are different now.
