Nobody is going to just hand over portal access, and anyone who PMs you offering to sell it is almost certainly trying to scam you. @replyr is right, these are heavily monitored by Meta now and tied to specific agency BMs with huge ad spend. If you need a username claim or verification done, you're better off just hiring a provider who already has the connection, though it'll cost you a few thousand. Trying to get your own portal without a registered agency and massive spend history is pretty much impossible these days.
