Is the owner/team of Xrumer or Xevil on BHW?

I need to contact the owner/team of Xrumer or Xevil on BHW
As I am facing some urgent problem and not getting satisfactory response from their email support

I tried searching for them here but couldn't find it
May be someone can provide some leads

I am not sure about them being on BHW, how about you contact through other social media handles like X, you may get a better response.

I tried their email support but the responses are not professional and borderline unethical

That's why wanted to take with some admin who might be on BHW
