No I don't think so. It tags the videos as AI generated now but it doesnt discourage it. I have seen few songs pop up in my feed, totally ai made and they were getting decent views and subs in channel.

Hello of course they still do but there are voice over tools that will make your videos look quality

YouTube doesn't hate AI voices, it hates boring content. If you use a monotone robotic voice and generic stock footage, you will fail the manual review for monetization. The solution is using ElevenLabs conversational models, adding custom pacing, and writing a highly engaging script. Match that with heavily edited visuals and your own unique storytelling, and the algorithm will push it just fine.

YouTube doesn't prioritize videos simply because they use AI voiceovers. The platform prioritizes content that is valuable and has high viewer retention. AI voices (like ElevenLabs') are just a supporting tool. Whether your channel grows or gets monetized depends on how you create your content.

From what I have seen YouTube cares more about viewer retention and overall content quality than the voice itself Many channels use AI narration successfully If the videos are engaging and provide value the voice should not be a major issue

it is not against ai voices, but it is against low quality ai voices. Some ai have spikes in the audio, which you should edit with audacity or other tool before you post it
