Is my manual follow unfollow routine safe considering the new Instagram bans?

These days as you guys know, Instagram is banning a lot of accounts for no reason. Because of that, I wanted to ask if my everyday routine is safe.

I don’t use vpn or automation or proxies, normal home WiFi or 5g, one account and one device.

Following 30 people a day, unfollowing 25, comments on 20, DMing people who follow back or reply to my comments.

My DMs are not copy paste, I use 3 variations. The DMs may be similar but are not identical.

Honestly your activity looks pretty normal and manual As long as you're not using automation mass actions or spammy copy paste messages those numbers seem reasonable The key is to keep engagement natural and avoid sudden spikes in activity.
 
Your numbers aren't high and you're not using automation or proxies which is good. Just make sure you don't repeat the exact same daily pattern and keep everything as natural as possible to reduce risk. Look relatively safe based on your current activity.
 
Your routine sounds fairly safe and much more natural than what most automated accounts do. As long as you're not sending the same DM repeatedly or being overly aggressive with follows and unfollows, you should be fine, though Instagram can still make mistakes and flag legitimate accounts from time to time.

I don't think it will affect your ban too much; you might be banned for commenting on infringing content, so that might have a significant impact.
 
there is limit guide for follow and unfollow growth method on Instagram,it depend on the age of the profile.new profile can generate less than 40 followers in 24 hours but age profile got more chances to add many profiles.

The setup and actions seems completely safe, No issues here.
 
Your activity sounds fairly conservative compared to what many people are doing, but Instagram's enforcement has been unpredictable lately. I'd be more cautious with follow/unfollow actions and DMs, especially if the accounts are new or growing quickly. Focusing on genuine engagement and gradually increasing activity tends to be safer than trying to push growth aggressively
 
That sounds pretty normal. One account, one device, and reasonable activity isn't anything crazy. Nothing is 100% safe with Instagram these days, but your setup sounds a lot lower risk than most.
 
your routine sounds fairly conservative compared to what actually triggers problem. the main thing i would watch is consistency and user feedback. if people start ignoring, reporting or blocking the account then instagram may become more sensitive.
i would avoid sudden increases in activity and keep the interactions as natural as possible.

This seems very safe. And if you want even more variation/safety, don't stick to 1 pattern. Some days do a bit more follows and less unfollowing, and some days the opposite of that, etc.
 
Your actions are quite safe except for the constant daily unfollows and similar direct messages The reason is that algorithms detect the ratio of repeated footprints, so doing 30 follows and 25 unfollows each and every day gives away the fact that it is an intensive follow/unfollow activity

If you want not to draw the attention of the algorithm, it is recommended to conduct your unfollow activity just once a week and have more than 5 to 7 different types of direct messages
 
Yes, I experienced the same thing as you. I don't understand why I was banned even though my comments weren't too close together.
 
I think this looks pretty normal since you are doing everything manually and keeping your activity consistent it should be fine
Instagram can be unpredictable sometimes though so just avoid sudden increases and keep things steady
 
It is safer than automation but still a bit risky long term, especially follow unfollow at that volume because Instagram can still flag it as spam behavior even if it is manual.
 
I would say that the way you are doing this is okay, but you need to reduce your spam-pattern activity a little on IG because this combination of follow/unfollow and daily messaging is usually what makes users detected by Ig
Also you should make your activity slower and include more passive activities (such as viewing, saving stories

Instagram has a big problem with follow/unfollow tactics, and getting caught doing that can really hurt your account.
