In my country, that is far from legal. You might fly under the radar at first, but as soon as the site gains any real traction, you’d be in massive legal trouble for large-scale copyright infringement. We are talking about house searches, being charged with forming a criminal organization, massive lawsuits for damages, and likely even money laundering charges. In Europe, people receive long prison sentences for these kinds of operations.

That's illegal damn near every where, best thing to do is follow DMCA guidelines reporting. Also, looks like OP is trying to move towards the more legal route with the "Content Creator Program" which is probably better long term. I remember reading on GFY, a guy that runs the "Swallowed" paid site brand spoke about how he got a lot of tube sites stealing their content shutdown. Even those so called "DMCA ignore" hosting companies are a lot of times just whitelabels.

You've been ignoring these DMCA notices. Have you ever filed counter-notices against them before, or did you usually deal with them by changing the links or switching to a different domain?
 
how we can check if domain name is worth buying or not ? to work on adult website on it , or its matter of backlinks rather than domain name ?
what is the full process of domain name worth and what tools are used to do this ?
