@Tatsuhiko if you already tried different IPs like Draven suggested and it still fails, the platform is probably blocking VOIP numbers. most sms api providers use virtual numbers and those are dead for registration on main platforms now. you need to find a supplier that offers physical sim cards/non-voip numbers. what service are you trying to register anyway?

Just try another provider. The verification blocks some numbers and virtual services.
