How to Set Up a LLC in USA for Non-Residents + US Bank Account (all sources shared)

As far as I know, there is no risk with this type.
That's great ! But Wise? Heck even consultants, coaches who are in high 7 figures income league using Mercury .
Have a nice day !

Nice share @aristocratic. Definitely saved a few guys from getting ripped off by those middleman services.

I did something similar last year but went with Northwest. Wyoming LLC Attorney is solid though. One thing to watch out for is using Wise. They have been super ban happy lately with non-US residents, especially if you are running agency or SEO services. Relay is way safer than Wise right now, even if Mercury is still the gold standard.

Also for the EIN... don't pay a reseller for that. You can just fax the SS-4 form to the IRS yourself for free. Takes about two weeks to get the fax back but saves you another $50.

One thing I’d add here, don’t cheap out on the boring paperwork after the LLC is formed. The setup part is easy, keeping Stripe/PP/banks calm is where people mess up.

Make sure your website, invoices, email domain, contracts and bank info all match the same company name/address as much as possible. Paypal especially can wake up 2 months later and ask for proof of business, supplier/client invoices, tax docs etc. If you used Wise just for verification and then actually operate from Relay/Mercury, keep it clean.

Also yeah, EIN is free if you can wait. Paying $50-100 for someone to fax a form is just lazy tax imo, but I get why some people do it if they hate dealing with IRS stuff.

Why the IRS taking two weeks to send you via fax or online an EIn? Do they not work........:D:D:D

So far as I know with Wyoming LLC's Mercury accepts the registered agents address- right ?
Yes, no problem and don't forget a professional email linked to a professional and consistent website.
