My IG account Disabled any without warning

same happened to me bro my acc got suspended out of nowhere for "community guidelines" even though i did nothing wrong, meta system is totally broken right now u arent alone.

After 15 days, it's usually gone for good, unfortunately. your legal rights are pretty slim here unless you can prove they acted in bad faith, which is tough. focus on getting it back through their appeals process, even if it feels like shouting into the void.

16 years with no violations and it still got hit, yeah that lines up with the wave going on rn. The 15 day thing on the screen isnt actually the final deadline, theres a longer window before permanent deletion so dont panic over that number.

Couple things that actually matter... only appeal through the official in app form, dont waste energy on emailing random support addresses, those go nowhere. And the legal angle, honestly its mostly dead end for individuals unless you're in the EU, GDPR data access requests sometimes nudge a human to actually look at the account. Not a guarantee but cheaper than the "recovery experts" who'll just take your money and ghost.

If it doesnt come back in a few weeks it probably wont, but the wave restorations have been happening in batches so give it time before you give up.
 
Do not worry about the 15 days, you still have time! Stop texting the same agents if they are not helping. Try opening a new ticket under billing instead to talk to a fresh person who might actually fix it.
 
Even if you already appealed, it does not always mean the review is complete. In some cases, accounts sit in review queues for a long time, especially during policy related enforcement.
