They were one of my favorite providers but it seems they could not get new numbers fast enough so they had to resort to bad practices.
They claim they only have good providers in their pool but AT&T numbers are not actually AT&T now, they are "NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC - GA".

We can assure you that all our SIM cards are physical and from two carriers in particular, AT&T and T-Mobile, which is fully verifiable.
I don't know where you got that information, but a quick and easy check would show that the company you mentioned only sells AT&T physical SIM cards.
