Hi,
I am working in digital marketing from 10 months but traffic improvement is very slow. I loved to listen from you all what keeps you motivated when traffic growth is slow? Waiting for some real experiences.

Honestly, most real growth stories take 6 to 18 months, so patience and consistency is usually what separates those who quit from those who scale.
 
Try tracking small wins, not just traffic.

Things like more impressions, better rankings, higher CTR, or one post starting to move.

I'm curious: are you referring to traffic primarily from organic SEO, social media, or paid advertising? Each channel has a very different growth rate and way of evaluating effectiveness.

SEO is slow growth. What keeps me going is focusing on consistent improvements — one good piece of content, one optimization, or one quality backlink at a time. Small wins accumulate over time.
 
If you have succeeded at this once, you can do it again and again. If the traffic you get from a specific keyword drops, simply focus on other keywords and create more content.
