Hi,
I want to learn new skills of SEO, so, I want to know that on which skills I should invest my time. Which skills will be mostly matters in next 2 years? Can anyone guide me for that.

Not giving up in a month is one of them for sure. So I'd say perseverance lol

Getting guest posts and niche edits because these are an art in themselves.
 
If you're thinking long term, I'd invest less time chasing SEO tricks and more time understanding how search engines evaluate content quality and user satisfaction. Technical SEO is worth learning, but I'd put a strong focus on content planning, entity-based SEO, topical authority, and data analysis.

Another skill that will be valuable over the next couple of years is learning how to use AI tools efficiently without sacrificing content quality. The people who can combine SEO knowledge, automation, and strong research skills will have a significant advantage.
 
The future belongs to automation. Master programmatic seo and ai scaling. Focus on technical indexing, smart data analysis and deep topical authority.

If I were starting today, I’d focus on keyword research, content writing, on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and understanding search intent. Learning how to use AI tools effectively is also becoming important. SEO keeps changing, but people who understand content quality and user experience will always have an advantage.

Traditional blue links are going away.
 
I’d say the biggest skill is learning how to diagnose why a page isn’t performing. AI, content, and technical SEO all matter, but the people who can look at a page and quickly tell whether the issue is internal linking, crawl/indexing, or authority will be ahead.

Tools change fast. The ability to read the problem is what lasts.
 
If i had a choice to start from scratch, I would choose AI SEO, so according to me, you should focus on AI SEO and AEO
