This is the weirdest web host I’ve ever used... In 15 years and with a hundred different web hosts, I’ve never had so many problems...

- The live chat often won't open, and support doesn't answer some of the questions.

- New error messages keep popping up—like claiming there’s no storage space left, even though cPanel shows 2 GB free... It defaults to an outdated PHP version, etc.

- After paying, I didn't receive an email with the login details, etc.

1. This may be related to your browser. We replied to your live chat message some minutes after you sent it, and we don’t see any unanswered messages.
2. The default PHP version is the latest version currently supported by cPanel. If you’d like to use a different version, you can change it at any time from the MultiPHP Manager page in cPanel.
3. If you didn’t receive the welcome email with your login details, you can view all emails we’ve sent by going to Profile -> Emails in your client area.

If you’re not satisfied with the service, please remember that you’re eligible for an immediate refund under our refund policy. Just specify that on ticket, we'll handle it.
