Kinda curious if you plan to expand the trial criteria a bit, since a lot of folks seem confused about who qualifies. That might save you a bunch of back-and-forth. I also like that you keep posting updates about system tweaks, so maybe grouping them in one spot would make things easier to track. Makes life smoother for anyone trying to test your service without digging through the whole thread.

Just to clarify: our residential trial is available to everyone. There are no hidden criteria or approval process. All you need to do is:

  1. Register an account
  2. Verify your email
That's it, you'll get the trial immediately and can start testing right away.

[Update] Per-IP routing config in the whitelist, country, rotation & session length

Rolled out an upgrade to the IP whitelist that we've been getting requests for: every whitelisted IP can now carry its own routing config instead of inheriting one global setting from your account.

What you can now set per whitelisted IP:

• Country / region, pin that IP to outbound exits in a specific country, leave others on global pool• Rotation mod, sticky or rotating, independently per entry• Session length, for sticky entries, define how long the upstream IP stays pinned (in seconds)

Practical effect: you can run, on the same account, one machine going through US sticky 10-minute sessions while another machine goes through DE rotating, and a third goes through GB sticky 2-minute. No more juggling separate accounts or sub-users just to get different routing behavior.

Available across Residential and Unlimited Residential. Configuration is in the dashboard under Whitelist; existing entries default to your previous global settings, so nothing breaks.

Quick tip for anyone using residential here - sticky sessions go up to 24 hours, not just 1-10 minutes like a lot of folks default to. Append -session-anything to the username, same tag = same IP. Useful for warming accounts or holding cart sessions.
 
Quick one on geo targeting - if you're scraping local SERPs or checking regional pricing, you don't need to buy separate sub-packages per country. Just append the country to the username:

-country-us for United States, -country-de for Germany, -country-br for Brazil, etc. Two-letter ISO codes, lowercase. Works the same across the pool, no extra cost.

For tighter targeting you can go deeper: -country-us-region-california-city-losangeles. Region/city are optional, drop them if you don't care.

Combine with -session-xyz if you also need the IP to stick (same city + same session = same IP for up to 24h).
