Where to find closers and setters?

Figure out I can do the data - scrape the databases and find a target...
I want to explore making money in a new way, adding a setter and a closer

Today years old when I found out could hire people online to do this... but where?! and how to vet

any comment very much appreciated

Upwork? You can always use it to find and make the initial hire, then pull them off the system and work via email.

You can definitely build something around that, but I’d start small and focus on finding reliable people first. A lot of people use platforms like Upwork or OnlineJobs for setters and lead research, then give a small paid test task before trusting them with bigger work. Vetting is mostly about communication, consistency, and how well they follow instructions.
