Building a Real-Device YouTube Farm

Introduction :

I'm launching a focused journey to build a portfolio of faceless YouTube channels powered by my own private, real-device automation farm.

The goal is to reach 100,000+ daily views across all channels, with monetization through AdSense, affiliate offers, and direct promotions.

This is not a manual grind. I’ll be using scalable automation, documenting the setup, growth, bans, wins, and revenue along the way.

Niche & Content Strategy

The channels will focus on high-CPM, faceless niches:
- Finance
- True Crime
- History
- Tech Reviews

All content will be created by me in the beginning phase to maintain quality and control.

Monetization Plan

- YouTube AdSense: Primary revenue once monetized
- Affiliate Offers: Finance tools, VPNs, software in descriptions
- Paid Promotions: Shoutouts for other channels and projects

Starting Stats (Day 0)

- YouTube Channels: 3
- Channel Age: 6+ months
- Videos Published: 10 total
- Android Devices: 20 active
- Initial Software Cost: $1,999 (Youtube version)
- Monthly Operating Cost: About $100 (sim data plan ,VPS and replacement accounts)
- Revenue: $0

6-Month Action Plan :

Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1-2)

Goal: 5,000 daily views per channel
- Fine-tune software settings
- Focus on natural behavior
- Minimize bans
- Post high-quality content daily
- Expand to 20 devices

Phase 2: Scaling (Months 3-4)

Goal: 25,000 daily views per channel
- Ramp up to 50 devices
- Apply for YouTube Partner Program on the strongest channel

Phase 3: Monetization Push (Months 5-6)

Goal: 75,000 to 100,000 daily views across the farm

- Optimize offer placement
- Start accepting paid promotions

Phase 4: Dominance (Month 7+)

Goal: Stable, semi-passive farm
- Cross-promote between channels
- Build consistent revenue
- Document SOPs for replication

Current Progress :

I’ve already published 2 videos and activated 6 accounts. I’m scaling the number of devices gradually.

The first results are already coming in.

Next Update

I’ll post:
- First weeks view growth per device
- Account survival rate
- Initial impressions on which settings convert best

All feedback is welcome.

This is a ballsy move, respect ✅. I actually suspect that big YouTubers like Mr Beast used these kinds of tactics when the algorithm was a lot more simple.

Did MrBeast use farms? We can't know for sure.

But if I were in their shoes back in 2014-2018, I know what I would have done.

Well now you’ve confirmed your suspicions, mate.

Can’t say with 100% certainty, mate, but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck aye, I reckon they’re using it.
And congrats by the way.
I built mine as well and been pretty happy with the results so far.
Hope the views keep rolling in and all your channels get monetised fast. More views, more cash, less sleep. That’s the YouTube lifestyle apparently.
Congrats on building your own farm,Always good to compare notes with someone already in the trenches.

I have so many questions. What's the software's name? How do you get 20 android devices? What data plan do you use? How long do you keep things running? Is the VPN for all devices?

software name, i can't say directly it's against forum rules but you can find in bhw marketplace, the devices are used devices from ebay, a normal data plan from tello, VPS is for the channels not the devices.
Congrats bro, you got a pretty solid plan there.
I’m on the same team but never documented my journey yet.
Gonna follow your thread for sure. Hope you get the same kind of results I did
Just don’t disappear you monetize them, keep us updated with the progress. Good luck bro
thank you for the kind words.
Good luck with the journey mate, gonna follow this thread for sure.
I also use this kind of tool, same as many people who will probably come here to criticize lol.
Half of them use it in secret and just don’t want more people entering because less competition means more money for them.
Anyway, respect for posting the process publicly
Exactly this. The loudest critics in these threads are often the ones with the most to lose.
Pretty cool that you decided to publish it, mate. I’m also into farming right now and honestly I’ve been happy with how it’s working out.
I noticed you’re starting from zero, so just take it slow.
Whenever you build a campaign, think about your target audience first, not just the video itself.
Building the audience profile matters way more than watching the numbers go up, since the whole point of a phone farm is to attract real viewers and organic views, not just inflate stats.
Appreciate you sharing that. Too many guys keep this stuff close to the chest.

And yeah, taking it slow. No spikes. No shortcuts. Just building context first, then scaling.

Thanks for the reminder, mate.
