I want to build a 10-piece portfolio for Social Media Management

I want to become a social media manager. I`ve joined like 50 Facebook groups, but all I saw was spam, nobody talking seriously about anything.
I saw there is a freebie section here (if you also have other places to share I`m more than happy to look) I want to do for 10 people social media management for 3 months. I get my portfolio and 10 testimonials, and they get engagement on their social media and community management.
5 people, 3 posts a week, about 10 hours of community management
5 people, 2 posts a week, about 6 and a half hours of community management.

How to look to get 10 people who are small business owners to do the work for them and get my portfolio in exchange?

I think you should try to learn VA course because in that these all factors will be covered and you can get it anywhere
