Why do some pages rank without many backlinks while others do not?

Backlinks help, but rankings also depend on content quality, website authority and keyword competition. Some pages rank because they answer the search better even without many links. A few strong backlinks with good content often work better than lots of weak links.

Has the majority of folks here automated their accounts with ai agents or what? Most of the answers are suspiciously similar.

Backlinks are just one part of the puzzle. Pages often rank without many links due to High Topical Authority and Excellent On-Page SEO. If the content perfectly matches the 'User Intent' and the keyword competition is low, Google will rank it anyway.

On the other hand, pages with links might struggle if the content quality is poor or if the links are irrelevant/low quality. Content is King, but Context is Queen!
