Refund Policy

Customers paying via PayPal or credit/debit cards may request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no verified abuse (such as spam, hacking, or illegal content) is associated with their account. However, refunds are unavailable for cryptocurrency, WebMoney, or Payssion transactions, as well as for all dedicated servers, promotional plans, and add-on services.

If a request is eligible after the first 5 days, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis using a specific formula, minus a minimum 5-day service charge and any non-refundable setup fees. All requests undergo a mandatory verification check, including an abuse history review and TOS compliance audit.

probably they deal with huge network attack. I have servers from them and lot of http connection timed out. I was finally able to move my server to another company. I’ve been using it without any issues for six months, but their network has been terrible for the past three or four days. And yes, I didn’t receive a response to my support tickets or via Telegram.

I got a vps couple of weeks ago now the vps network is down with no answer from support

do not wait. probably they have huge hardware or network problem. try to connect your vps trough vnc and move your websites another place. my servers down since 3 april. they answer my ticket. they are changed my server ip and problem resolved but 7-8 day downtime is unacceptable.
