Google ads: I can not run ads for my website

Your only solution is to run ads under cloaking. You will have to use old accounts only.

Google rejects ads because of "sensitive" content; the current solution is cloaking — allowing the platform to view a safe white page while the user accesses the main page.

Finance domain requires G2 verification or local financial licenses. Without them, your appeals will be rejected every time. Your only options are to provide the paperwork or use high-trust agency accounts that are already verified for this niche
 
Google is very strict with finance-related advertising because it falls under “Your Money or Your Life (YMYL)” policies. Rejections for “lack of documentation” usually mean Google cannot verify your legitimacy, compliance, or transparency not just your ad content.
 
You cannot run financial ads on individual accounts anymore. You will need proper documentation to run.
You will need to run in agency accounts to run without issues.
 
Finance is one of those niches where “fixing the ad text” usually does nothing if the account/domain already triggered doc review. If Google asks for docs, they want the actual license/verification for that geo, not some nicer appeal message. Agency account can help only if it’s already approved for that vertical/country, otherwise you’ll just burn more accounts. Cloaking may pass review short term, but finance gets manual checked a lot... wouldnt use it for anything you care about long term.

Finance ads are heavily regulated, so there isn't a reliable workaround. Make sure your website clearly shows your business details, policies, and complies with Google's financial services requirements before appealing again.
