The thing is, the numbers carriers provide us with may or may not be "Virgins"; it’s entirely up to them. As you know, this business model relies on disposable numbers, and the carrier can give us numbers that are either unused or reused but haven’t belonged to anyone for several months.
But that’s not the only possible reason; you might also be getting spam, which is normal when a line is activated
In any case, I wouldn't worry about it, because if we've given you a number, only you can use it!
