In my experience the mother/child method is working pretty well even today. You basically have a "mother"/big account where you funnel all the followers from the secondary/"children" accounts. You don't bot or do any blackhat methods on the mother account. You only use automation on the children accounts, therefore if you get banned on 1 or some of them you don't care; you just create new ones. Also you should aim to post 1-2 reels per day from every one of your accounts to grow fast. I hope these things that I've mentioned are helpful to you.
