Refund policy

• If the eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a clear technical mismatch (unsupported device, OS limitation) or a delivery issue on our side — contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund to SORN balance or a replacement plan where applicable.
• If data has already been consumed or partially used, no refund (standard policy for digital airtime / data).
• Open a ticket / PM first — most install issues are resolved quickly (wrong APN, dual-SIM settings, etc.).

We currently don’t offer unlimited plans. Our largest plan includes 50GB of data, but if your eSIM supports it, you can easily top up additional data at any time using the same eSIM.

The main difference isn’t just “no KYC,” it’s the whole flow and threat model.

Services like silent.link or VoidMob also focus on privacy, but AnoSIM is built around a few specific choices:

• Account model: no identity
• Payments: crypto-only balance system, no direct payment rails tied to your identity
• Unified stack: runs inside SORN, so you manage SIMs, balances, and other tools in one place
• Scope: combines both data eSIM + virtual numbers in a single flow instead of splitting them across services

So the improvement isn’t magic anonymity—it’s reducing the number of identity links across the whole process (signup → payment → usage).

That said, it’s not trying to reinvent telecom or claim to be “better” for everyone. If someone is happy with Silent.link or VoidMob, that’s completely fine—different setups fit different threat models.

If those services already do what you need, there’s no reason to switch. AnoSIM is just another option with a different design philosophy.
