My US Home Services Phone Leads + Your Contractor Network (Rev Share or PPC)

What I have:

I generate inbound phone calls from US homeowners actively looking for home services. Real intent, real homeowners, real geos — currently around 900-1000 qualified calls per month (90+ second conversations) across these niches:

• Plumbing
• Appliance Repair
• Roofing
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Pest control
• Water / mold / fire damage restoration
• Window replacement/installation/repair
• Air duct cleaning
• Lawn care
• ...can potentially set up new niches (home improvement) if you have buyers!

Traffic source: Paid search on a major US platform — not Facebook Marketplace, not Craigslist, not scraped data, not co-reg, not aged. Calls are inbound from homeowners actively searching at the moment of intent, which is why duration and conversion hold up. Happy to share more specifics in DMs once we're past initial fit.

Calls come from major US metros — strongest all-time volume in Orlando, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Sacramento, Denver, Atlanta, Boston, and Tampa. Strongest states are Florida, Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Georgia.

I've been running this for 5+ years. Calls are currently monetized through pay-per-call affiliate networks, but the per-call payout caps out below market and I'm leaving meaningful money on the table.

I have call tracking infrastructure already in place (custom partner portal with call history, recordings, durations, and dispute flow), so onboarding new buyers is a same-day setup on my end.

What I'm looking for:
A partner who already operates a contractor network in one or more of these verticals — meaning you have:

• Direct relationships with home service contractors/handymen in US metros
• A dispatch / call center capability (or contractors who answer their own calls reliably)
• An existing billing and collections process with your contractors
• Track record of handling pay-per-call or rev-share arrangements

I'm specifically looking to plug my call traffic into your contractor network in exchange for either a per-call rate or a rev share on closed jobs — whichever fits your model.

What I'm not looking for:

• Buying or selling traffic on a one-off basis (this is a long-term partnership)
• Single-contractor deals (you should already operate a network, at least a small one with 10+ contractors in my areas of interest)
• Anyone who doesn't already have the dispatch / contractor side built out

Vertical priority:
Open to all the niches listed above. The right partnership is more about how your network operates (geo coverage, dispatch quality, billing process) than which vertical you specialize in. Format:

• Pay-per-call with tiered pricing by call quality / duration
• Rev share on closed jobs (in which case you handle dispatch + reporting on closures)
