Instagram incompatibilities with sms service

It's super common for those burner sms services to get flagged, so honestly, it's not you, it's them. Your best bet might be trying ping*er or text*now, but usually ig just wants a real phone number they can trust

Instagram often blocks sms services like textverified because they use virtual numbers these numbers get filtered or flagged by the system you can try using a real sim based service or switch to email or authenticator for better success rate
 
first change ip after change device if still doest work then change sms providers and change number country

maybe you should change ip address or use a clean device, meta has started blocking some certain voip numbers, facebook is worst. You can try these non-voip providers, they seems to be working currently. LegitSMS and smspool
 
I think the most reliable fix is usually using a physical SIM from a mobile carrier instead of SMS forwarding or virtual number services.
