Yes of course, you can start any time you want.

I have so many clients for whom I do seo and traffic bringing setups, they are still increasing their blogging websites.

So it is good time to start, even you can start anytime you want.
 
It still works but most people asking this question wont stick with it long enough to see results that’s the real barrier

It’s not too late, but it’s definitely not as it used to be. Blogging still works if you treat it like a real project (niche, consistency, SEO, and time). The problem is most beginners expect fast results, and that’s where it gets frustrating.
