If you were getting 50k-100k views and suddenly everything is stuck at 100-1000, no need to panic. This is normal platform behavior (especially for IG), not some shadowban most of the time.
Not every video is meant to go into recommendations. Instagram constantly runs up/down cycles, this has always been part of distribution mechanics.

If there are no warnings, no content violations, no reach restrictions - then nothing is “broken” and there is no shadow-ban. People panic too fast here.
2) Just keep posting, even slightly more
