I cant pause the campagn becouse i cant login on the profile
My Facebook profile is disabled but ads on my ad account is still active!
If your ads are still running, try to pause them via BM first to avoid extra spend. Then open a new ticket through Account Quality or Business Support chat (if available) instead of waiting on the old one. Make sure your ID info matches your profile exactly, and avoid spamming multiple appeals — it can slow the review. Unfortunately, 2–3 weeks processing time is quite common.

Usually, even if you verify your account and record a video, the chance of getting an account opened is almost zero. It's best to switch to a new account.

Meta reviews can take a long time, especially in identity verification cases. Two weeks isn’t unusual. Unfortunately, once the personal profile is disabled, your only real option is waiting for support to finish the review.

To be precise, a personal profile only has the right to adjust campaigns within an advertising account. If it is disabled, you can absolutely use another personal profile, which also retains account management rights, to create and manage your campaigns.

If the social profile gets banned due to unusual activity but the ad account inside is still spending, and you haven’t shared ad access with another profile, then the only option is to block or freeze the credit card attached to that ad account. That will stop the campaigns from spending until the social profile is restored.

When you find yourself in a "lost-hand" situation—your ad account is still spending money but your profile is locked—don't just sit and wait for support from Meta. If you don't have a backup account to shut down your campaigns, immediately lock the linked credit card. This is a necessary "cut-off" measure to stop all spending. Then, patiently wait for the verification process (which usually takes 14 days or more) to regain control.

Once a profile has been approved and disabled, I recommend discarding it. Share ad account management rights to a new profile. During that time, lock your account's card to prevent any unfortunate incidents from happening.

Unfortunately this is pretty common with Facebook. Identity reviews can take weeks and support replies are usually generic.
If ads are still running, I’d avoid touching anything for now so it doesn’t trigger more flags.
Some people get resolution only after waiting it out, others after resubmitting verification if the option appears again.

In my experience, don't send too many new requests. Opening too many requests can slow down the process. Check your manager and make sure it's not violating anything else.

Yes, a deactivated profile is not related to the ads, so they will continue running, the ads only stop when the account is deactivated. First, you need to stop the ads: check if any other profiles still have access to the account, and block your card to prevent spending that you can't control.

You should temporarily block your payment card because if your account is blocked but the campaign on your ad account is still active, it will lead to a lack of control over the campaign's results. If you don't have a partner Business Manager or another partner owns the account, it's best to use a different account and forget about this one. Recovering a recent account is quite difficult.
