Who can boost my website ranking in Google for the keyword mp3paw

Hi I want to rank my website mp3paw.buzz in Google fast. There's always this guy ahead of me if you search the keyword "MP3PAW"
How can I rank my new site using black hat cheat cause that's what he is using

As far as blackhat techniques are concerned you can create PBNs yourself that direct to your site for the said keyword. Also if you want to buy services to rank your website for the keyword "MP3PAW" you can make a specialised post in the WTB section here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/
