Totally fair question. I’m not sharing screenshots or dashboards, partly for privacy and partly because this thread is about process, not flexing numbers. Take the insights for what they are, test them yourself, and keep what works.
Daily revenue is fairly consistent in the low-to-mid four figures right now, with swings mostly coming from whale dayys
By story replies I mean IG stories with soft bait (selfies, polls, questions); people reply naturally, that opens a 1-on-1 chat, and from there you build rapport first, the OF mention comes later, not immediately.

I keep it very casual and contextual, never a hard push, usually something like “I’m way more active on my private page, it’s easier to talk there” or “IG limits what I can send, I post the good stuff on my page ” and let them find the link in bio themselves.very nice congratz!

I find models mainly on IG/TikTok by looking for girls already posting suggestive content or hinting at monetization, keep the outreach short and respectful (no hype, just “I help creators monetize traffic, rev-share only”), agree on a simple revenue split (usually 50/50 to start, adjusted later), response rate is low single digits, and I only message profiles that already fit the niche and show consistency.
Mainly OnlyFans. I’ve tested Fanvue on the side, but OF is still the primary platform where the audience and conversions are strongest for me.

Roughly 10–20 replies per 100 messages, and out of those maybe 2–4 turn into real conversations, with 1 actually converting if followed up properly; I mostly target girls who already have an OnlyFans but clearly run it themselves (low posting consistency, low chat activity, basic promos), which you can usually spot by checking how they reply publicly/DMs, how personal their captions are, and whether their page feels unmanaged rather than agency-polished.
I wrote to about 200 girls and got zero replies. How do you find girls who are in this field and who manage their own social media accounts? What kind of text do you write, what percentage do you agree to work for, and what payment system do you use, Skrill or Paxum?

Zero replies usually means targeting + positioning + opener are off, not volume.
I only DM girls who already post spicy/suggestive content, have small/unstable OFs, low engagement, and clearly reply themselves (casual captions, story replies, no agency language). My opener is short and non-salesy (no money promises), more like a collab question. Revshare is typically 30–50% to me depending on how much I handle. Payments are usually Paxum/OF internal payouts (Skrill rarely).
Most common mistakes: DMing random girls, brand-new/no-credibility IG, long pitchy messages, or asking to “manage” them upfront, that screams scam and gets ignored.

- Reddit work was intentionally slow: only comments, no links, no horny posting. Still warming accounts properly.
Chat & Monetization
- Refined chat scripts based on actual buyer behavior.
- Shorter intros, faster emotional hooks, earlier soft upsells.
- Reduced “over-chatting” with non-spenders to protect time and energy.

It’s a mix, but mostly the account + context, not some magic script.
I don’t outreach from a brand-new “agency” page, the IG looks real (posts, highlights, comments, some social proof), even if the following isn’t huge. Message is short, non-salesy, and personalized (one line about them, not me). I also only DM girls already posting spicy/suggestive content and clearly running their own page, blasting random profiles kills reply rate. In short: right target + real-looking account + respectful, low-pressure opener.
I filter hard: I look for girls posting consistently on their own IG/TikTok, replying in comments, low-to-mid follower count, no “DM my manager/agency” in bio, no Linktree with agency emails, and very personal captions/stories, those signals usually mean they run the account themselves, then I DM only those profiles.
