Budget-wise I cap tests tightly, kill anything that doesn’t show early signal, and only scale what proves itself. Biggest lesson so far: systems and consistency beat creative bursts, and measuring less but more consistently keeps you sane.

- How did you know they'd be good at this - I mean, if you're handing them your VIP fans, isn't it scary that they can mess up and all of this hard work will then evaporate?
- You had mentioned that for VIP fans, it's important to keep it real - the "human touch". How can a new chatter still maintain that level you had set before - wouldn't it be obvious to a VIP that it's now a new person chatting?

Quality control is strict: I review chats daily, give feedback, and I step in on whales or sensitive convos. VIPs don’t feel a “switch” because tone, pacing, and rules stay the same, they’re following a system, not improvising.
