Update – Back on Track!
Hey everyone,
sorry for the long silence – I had a vacation and then had to catch up with other projects, so this journey thread was on hold for a while. The project, however, is very much alive and has moved forward nicely. Here’s what’s new:
Migrated to a Dedicated Server
Since my goal is to grow traffic significantly, I moved the site from the old VPS to a more powerful dedicated server. I already run multiple domains on this machine, so there was no extra cost – but now I have enough performance headroom for future traffic growth.
Traffic Goal
This is a very specific micro-fetish niche site, so I’m not expecting massive mainstream numbers. My first milestone is 8,000 visitors per month – which for such a micro-niche would actually be a very solid result. Once I hit that, I plan to start connecting very niche-specific paysites.
Daily Content Uploads
I try to upload 5–10 videos per day, depending on my available time. Each video gets a unique description generated with my custom AI plugin implemented inside Tubes Booster, which saves time and keeps content SEO-friendly.
Smart Import & SEO Optimization
When importing videos using grabbers, I don’t just mass publish them – I assign them to the correct categories, add SEO-friendly tags, and make sure every video has a unique description for maximum SEO impact.
Channels Setup & Monetization Plan
I’ve created channels, which are either models from the niche or paysites. All imported videos are sorted into their proper channels. Later, I’ll use these channels to add affiliate links to sell memberships and generate extra revenue.
Current Traffic & Stats
During the last month, the site had about 4,700 unique visitors. Right now there are around 100 videos on the site, so as I keep adding more content, traffic should grow steadily.
Monetization Started
I’ve enabled some banners and turned on VAST ads, including placements on video detail pages. It’s still very early, so I don’t have meaningful revenue stats yet – but this is the first step toward monetizing the project. In addition to banners and paysite affiliate links, I also plan to add a LiveCam section for this niche as another revenue stream.

- Keep uploading new content daily and write good, unique descriptions
- Finalize categories, tags, and bio for models ( AI PLUGIN in Tubes Booster generate all for me )
- Research paysites in this niche to promote and sell memberships
- Add more banner placements to generate a baseline revenue
- Exchange backlinks with other niche sites to grow authority
- Set up social media profiles to share video content and drive traffic
- Integrate the LiveCam section as an additional monetization channel
